Ali, I’m so glad you are doing this traveling and writing! I was 26 when I decided to leave my life in Atlanta that I actually loved at the time, but I was just getting such itchy feet I couldn’t resist. The time I spent traveling and living abroad taught me a lot — there were dizzying highs, terrifying lows and some creamy middles (butchered Simpsons quote) — but I’ve never regretted it and I’m so glad I got the chance to do it and I’m so glad you do too.
